US Adds 178,000 Jobs in March, Unemployment Rate Falls to 4.3%

US hiring beat forecasts in March as nonfarm payrolls increased 178,000 and the jobless rate declined to 4.3%, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics data out Friday.
