US Economy: Jobless Claims Fall, Trade Deficit Widens Less Than Forecast

Applications for US unemployment benefits fell last week to just shy of a two-year low as Initial claims decreased by 9,000 to 202,000.

Meanwhile, the US trade deficit widened in February by less than forecast on an increase in both imports and exports.
