Jackie O seeks $82m for wrongful termination in legal action filed against her former radio station

Former co-host of Kyle Sandilands filed proceedings in the federal court against Kiis licence holder Follow our Australia news live blog for latest updates Get our breaking news email , free app or daily news podcast Jackie Henderson has filed a legal action in the federal court claiming compensation of “at least $82,250,000” for the wrongful termination of her 10-year contract to present the Kyle and Jackie O Show on radio station Kiis.

The Fair Work claim says that the termination of Henderson’s contract earlier this month constituted adverse action, ARN Media said in a statement to the ASX on Tuesday.
